Three volunteer teams, cash and stock in many hands

A coordinator oversees three teams — a shop and weekly market, trips with fees, and charity. Volunteers rotate every week, the work happens on phones at a sales table, and every item and every birr has to be accounted for.

Cash and stock pass through many hands

Teams take goods out, sell at different gates and bring back cash, mobile money and leftovers.

Different people need different views

The coordinator needs priorities across everything; a volunteer needs today's stock and nothing else.

Built for phones in busy places

Large text, big tap targets, bottom navigation — and a dark theme for evening use.

In the users' own language

Every label in Amharic, with local dates beside Gregorian ones, because that's how people plan.
